自幼习武，先学少林，后习武当。师承武当三丰派掌门钟云龙道长。系武当三丰派第十五代功夫传人。现任上海武当三丰太极会馆馆长兼总教练，武当三丰派联谊会上海分会会长。上海玄岳体育文化发展有限公司法人。

Jack had started to learn and practice martial arts since he was 12( first Shaolin Style and then Wudang Style). He learned martial arts from Zhong Yunlong, one of the most famous martial artists in China nowadays, in Wudang Mountain and became one of his disciples. Now his is the master of Wudang Tai-Chi martial arts school in Shanghai and the founder and legal person of Xuanyue Sports& Culture Developing Co. Ltd.

2010年 武当山武当道家功夫馆担任武术教练，并带队参与电视剧《大武当》拍摄。
