美国Lee Academy高级中学(上海校区)2021春季运动会落下帷幕，比赛场上全体师生积极参与，奋勇争先，挥洒青春洋溢的汗水。大家在努力争取好成绩的同时，也伸展了筋骨，锻炼了身体，培养了竞争精神，增加了团队意识。

在学生会全体成员与各位老师的努力下，我校成功举办了这场紧张刺激的运动会。此次运动会，我们安排了娱乐项目、团队竞技项目和个人竞技项目三大类，尤其是娱乐项目，男女生可以共同参与，同台竞技，获得了大家高度的认可和好评。

感谢全体师生的精心计划，希望我校运动会越办越好，给大家带来积极正能量，期待同学和老师们，明年再创辉煌佳绩!

ALAIS 2021 Sports Day kicked off with a bang last weekend. Students and teachers made their way to Yuanshen Sports Center for a day full of games and competitions. Students got the chance to be active and healthy while spending the day in the sun.

Grade 12 student Anthony Jin, with the help of student council, planned a tight schedule of competitions for the day. For the morning, students took to the football field for a group warmup and several games including a jump rope competition, football shootout obstacle courses, a frisbee goal toss, and more. Students especially loved the boys vs. girls, school-wide, kill the blind assassin game.

Lastly before lunch, a students vs teachers game of football took place. Students cheered while their classmates played against their favorite teachers. After a relaxing group lunch, everyone moved to the basketball and badminton courts. Pick up games of both sports were played all afternoon including another students vs teachers game of basketball. To end the day, students participated in one last big game of basketball: grades 8, 9, and 12 vs grades 10 and 11.

ALAIS Sports Day 2021 was a huge success thanks to the great planning of students, and the positive energy brought that day. Students and teachers alike are looking forward to another great day, next year!

精彩回顾

足球绕桩射门比赛

比赛类别：娱乐项目

比赛规则：

玩家需要运球通过前方的8个标志筒，然后在禁区外，面对守门员射门，进球得4分，8个标志筒，每过一个得2分，碰倒一个扣3分，满分20分，限时30秒。

一分钟单人跳绳比赛

比赛类别：个人竞技项目

比赛规则：

参赛者需要在1分钟内完成比赛，累计次数最多的参赛者获胜，由志愿者来计数。

跳大绳比赛

比赛类别：团体竞技项目

比赛规则：淘汰赛制，获胜者晋级争夺冠亚军

每个年级挑选5人，5人需要在5分钟内，一起连续跳绳(中间不能间断)，连续跳绳最多的年级即为获胜。

竞走比赛

比赛类别：娱乐项目

比赛规则：

竞走规则：玩家站在足球场中线，需要在半个足球场走一个来回，用时最短的玩家为获胜。

飞盘定点比赛

比赛类别：娱乐项目

比赛规则：

玩家需要站在足球场中线，将飞盘扔进球框内。每名玩家有3次机会。进球最多的玩家获胜，若有相同成绩的玩家，则再来一轮，但是只有一次机会。

搬石过河比赛

比赛类别：娱乐项目

比赛规则：

玩家有三块海绵道具，挑战过程中玩家的脚不能落地，走完半个足球场。每人有两次挑战机会。脚落地即为淘汰。用时最短的获胜。

双人戏珠比赛

比赛类别：娱乐项目

比赛规则：

双人戏珠规则：两名玩家组队，背对背夹着一个球，需要在半个足球场上走一个来回。若中途气球如果掉了，需要回到起点重新开始;若气球爆了则直接淘汰。用时最短的队伍即为获胜。

我是盲人杀手

比赛类别：娱乐项目

比赛规则：

玩家需蒙住眼睛，用充气锤砸人。被砸到的玩家被淘汰，包括队友。每个年级挑选5名玩家，加上教师组，一共6个队，抽签决定对手。若时间到了没有分出胜负，则看每队存活下来的人数，多的一组获胜。

羽毛球比赛

比赛类别：个人竞技项目

比赛规则：

三轮比赛，每轮比赛淘汰一半选手，剩下最后四名选手抽签进行半决赛对决，最后是3、4名争夺与冠亚军争夺战。

篮球比赛

比赛类别：团体竞技项目

比赛规则：

5V5两组对抗，20分钟半场，两个半场，中场休息五分钟，得分多的队伍获胜。

足球比赛

比赛类别：团体竞技项目

比赛规则：

教师队伍VS学生队伍，9V9分组对抗，30分钟半场，分上下半场，中场休息15分钟，进球多的队伍获胜。
