2009年10月31号，美国Lee Academy高级中学(上海分校)举办了万圣节庆祝活动，早上一到学校，就可以看到各个老师装扮成了各种角色。例如Mr. Will，他办成了青蛙王子坐在桌子上，大大的青蛙头套遮住了他的脸，遮住了他漂亮的蓝色眼睛。Mr. C，一幅要去参加甲子园的架势，带着棒球帽，穿着棒球服，为了给学生拍照，还拿起了棒球棍来配合学生摆拍。Mr. Derek和Mr. Elliott扮演成了一红一绿的马里奥兄弟。

万圣节活动

Halloween is always a fun holiday for us. Today’s experience matched the excitement of previous years. When we arrived at school in the morning, we saw all the teachers dressed up in various costumes. Mr. Will was the frog prince sitting at a table with a big frog head covering his face and his beautiful blue eyes. Mr. C, dressed in a baseball cap and uniform playfully posed for photos with the students. Mr. Derek and Mr. Elliott dressed up as the red and green Mario brothers.

在下午一点二十分下课后我们开始为这场派对做准备工作，我们换上万圣节装扮、贴上自己的名牌，迫不及待地等待万圣节派对的正式开始。

After class at 1:20pm, we began preparations for the big celebration – costumes, make-up, and getting the games ready.

我们可以在学校里看到各种各样的“妖魔鬼怪”。我们看到了从侏罗纪世界里穿越过来的恐龙，他大摇大摆地走在走廊。魔女和女巫坐在一起谈笑风生。同学们提着南瓜灯，在校园内讨着糖果，场面十分热闹。

The common room was filled with all kinds of "ghosts and monsters.” We saw a dinosaur from Jurassic world walking down the hallway. A witch and a vampire sat talking and laughing together. Students had carried jack-o '-lanterns. Candy was everywhere.

万圣节

在撕名牌活动中，各个同学积极对战。甚至有一个学生躲在树里躲避追击。我个人很不幸的，大概是开场第二个被杀的学生。在学校一楼(室内及室外)的各个视野都可以看到我们同学英勇善战的身影。这其中也不乏精力充沛的老师们，他们有的人战力超群，比如Mr. C，他穿着棒球服，在一路奔跑火花带闪电中撕掉了多名老师和学生的名牌，螳螂捕蝉黄雀在后，Mr. C最后还是被一个柔弱女生暗杀了。也有的老师把自己的名牌藏起来，一副不参与比赛、与世无争的样子，坐在一旁专心地雕刻着南瓜灯。

Then, the game Running Man began. Students ran in every direction, and one student even hid in a tree to avoid pursuit. Unfortunately for me, I was probably the second student killed in the game. In the first floor (indoor and outdoor) of School, ALAIS students and teachers were bravely waging battle with one another. Mr. C, who was wearing a baseball uniform, tore off the name plates of several teachers and students during the game, but initially fell to another student. Some teachers sat quietly, carving jack-o-lanterns, while Mr. Rodney leaned against the wall to hide his name tag, acting like he was not participating.

在对战中被击杀的同学，可以选择留在战场继续观战，也可以选择返回三楼的教室观看万圣节的电影，玩狼人杀游戏或者选择自习。四号教室放映鬼妈妈，同时公共区域的电视放映杀人魔盒，那是一部根据小说《按钮按钮》改编的电影。

Students killed in the game could choose to stay in the battlefield as an observer, or could return to the classroom on the third floor to watch Halloween movies, play Werewolf games, or just study. On the third floor, there was room 4 showing the Cartoon horror movie called Caroline, and on the TV in the common played The Box, which is a movie based on the novel .

今年的ALAIS万圣节派对唤醒了那个沉睡在大家内心深处的小孩，所有的学生、学生家长以及教职工甚至连校长Mr. Josh都玩的超级尽兴。我们希望在2019-2020学年，我们能够时刻保持一颗童真的心勇往直前。

Halloween ALAIS-Style, 2019, awoke the naughty but innocent child in all of our hearts, including those of students, teachers, parents, and even Principal Josh. We all hope to keep this spirit of childlike innocence was we continue through the 2019-2020 school year!
